We've lived next to an abandoned two-flat house for the past four years in Detroit's most diverse and dynamic neighborhood, Woodbridge. Now we bought it and are fixing it up. It's a great house--once you get past the lack of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, walls, ceilings, oh and the big hole in the floor.
